Delivery

  • The delivery time of each work may be different. Detailed information is included in the pages of the work.

Return

  • Return of damaged artefacts will not be accepted,
  • The return of printed works printed at the request of the buyer will not be accepted,
  • From the date of delivery, the works can be returned within 14 working days with the invoice, provided that they are not damaged.
  • In order to start the return process, you need to create your request by contacting our customer service via our hello@poscop.co e-mail address on 0212 260 00 04.
  • The return must only be made by the return procedure that Poscop will determine. Other than that, refunds by all other means will not be accepted.
