Return of damaged artefacts will not be accepted,
The return of printed works printed at the request of the buyer will not be accepted,
From the date of delivery, the works can be returned within 14 working days with the invoice, provided that they are not damaged.
In order to start the return process, you need to create your request by contacting our customer service via our hello@poscop.co e-mail address on 0212 260 00 04.
The return must only be made by the return procedure that Poscop will determine. Other than that, refunds by all other means will not be accepted.
