ARTICLE 2- SUBJECT

The subject of this agreement is the determination of the rights and obligations of the parties in accordance with the provisions of the Regulation on the Principles and Procedures of Implementing The Laws and Distance Agreements No. 4077 regarding the sale and delivery of the product whose following qualifications and sales price are specified, which the BUYER ordered electronically from the POSCOP website owned by the SELLER.

ARTICLE 4- GENERAL PROVISIONS

4.1- The BUYER declares on the POSCOP website that he has read and informed the basic qualities of the contracted product, the sales price and the form of payment and the preliminary information regarding the delivery and has given the necessary confirmation electronically.

4.2- The product subject to the contract shall be delivered to the BUYER or the person/organization at the address he/she indicates within the period described in the preliminary information on the website, depending on the distance of the BUYER’s location for each product, provided that it does not exceed the 15-day period.

4.3- Poscop cannot be held responsible for the refusal of the person/organization to be delivered if the product subject to the contract will be delivered to a person/organization other than the BUYER.

4.4- POSCOP is responsible for the delivery of the contracted product with robust, complete, appropriate and if applicable warranty documents and user manuals.

4.5- For the delivery of the product subject to the contract, it is imperative that the signed copy of this contract be delivered to POSCOP and that the price must be paid in the payment form preferred by the BUYER. If for any reason the product price is not paid or cancelled in the bank records, POSCOP is deemed free of the obligation to deliver the product.

4.6- If the bank or financial institution concerned does not pay poscop the product price due to the unfair or unlawful use of the credit card belonging to the BUYER by unauthorized persons due to the defect of the BUYER after the delivery of the product, the product must be sent to POSCOP within 15 days provided that the BUYER has been delivered to him. In this case, the transportation costs belong to the BUYER.

4.7- POSCOP is obliged to notify the BUYER if the contractual product cannot be delivered within the period due to force majeure or weather opposition that prevents transportation, such as interruption of transportation. In this case, the BUYER may use one of the rights to cancel the order, replace the contracted product with a precedent if any, and/or postpone the delivery time until the blocking situation disappears. If the BUYER cancels the order, the amount paid to him or her within 30 days will be paid to him or her in the name and again.

ARTICLE 5- RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The BUYER has the right to withdraw within 7 days from the delivery of the contractual breed to him or the person/organization at the address he or she represents. In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, poscop is notified by fax, email or telephone during this period and the product is subject to the 6th party. must not have been used within the framework of article provisions. ARTICLE 6- PRODUCTS THAT CANNOT BE USED FOR WITHDRAWAL

The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for products that cannot be returned in nature, disposable products, copyable software and programs, products that deteriorate quickly or expire. The exercise of the right of withdrawal in the following products is conditioned on the fact that the packaging of the product is not unopened, intact and the product is not used.

ARTICLE 7- COMPETENT COURT

In the implementation of this agreement, consumer arbitration committees and consumer courts in the settlement of ALICI or POSCOP are authorized until the value declared by the Ministry of Industry and Trade.

In the event of an order, the BUYER shall be deemed to have accepted all the terms of this agreement.
