She was born in Istanbul. She graduated from Istanbul University in 2012 with a degree in Ceramic, Glass and Tile. She also double majored in Traditional Turkish Arts and Ceramic and Glass Departments at Marmara University Fine Arts Faculty. She completed a certificate program in teacher training at Marmara University Pedagogical Unit. She took art of paper carving lessons at the Academy of Fine Arts. She worked as a ceramic artist at ceramic workshops. She taught special clay forming lessons and glass painting lessons. She worked as an assistant at the studio of the renowned Turkish artist Selma Gurbuz in 2019-20. She is currently studying for a master’s degree in Traditional Turkish Arts at Marmara University Fine Arts Institute. She took part in exhibitions. Along with her two artist friends, she recently created a studio called Lef Studio where they sell their hand-made products.
